Jibaritos' is located in Bedford, TX in the Mid Cities area. Delicious Puerto Rican #food. Generously priced and wonderful service. It has a nice lounge type of atmosphere and it's very chic. When it come to Latin Caribbean food, I am very picky with beans and this place nailed it; very close to home flavors. I had the 'arroz con pollo' (chicken and rice) and it was 'delicioso'! Next time however, I will have the Jibarito sandwich with 'mamposteao' (red beans and rice). I was able to have a small taste and it was 'of the chain' que rico! The bill was more than reasonable and they offer a #military discounts.
